It also has a natural infection resistance, and is used variably due to excellent biocompatibility, and thus is used commonly as a wound coagulant as well. When used in cosmetics, sericin has been found to improve skin elasticity and several anti-aging factors, including an anti-wrinkle property. This is done by minimizing water loss from the skin.

How does it work?
So prior to applying threads a peelense product is applied to open the skins channels to allow the product into the skin removing sebum and dead cells. We then mix silk fibroin protein threads with a serum it dissolves into a gel, we then apply to the skin, the product then absorbs into the skin as a nanoparticle using a cellular pathway it reaches down to the deeper layers of skin and rebuilds back together like a cushion in the dermis producing Fibroblasts (collagen and elastin) the full cycle takes around 4 weeks after each treatment.
We apply a moisturising booster on top of the threads so that the product seeps into the skin without drying out and it calms the skin after the preparation stage. We now give apply a high tension gel which produces collagen and allows extra absorption of the threads whilst setting them into the skin. Finally a high tension ampoule with peptide complex will brighten and nourish the skin, it contains natural oils and will give a beautiful glow.
