When I say a brief introduction - I never mean brief.
But welcome lots of new followers to my pages! If you get to the end well done šŸ¤£

I thought Iā€™d try and give you a whistle stop tour of who I am/what Iā€™m doing!!!

With the introduction of childrenā€™s reflexology, facial reflexology and a new treatment there have been lots of questions and curiosity about who I am.

So here goes!

This week Thursday 15th and Friday 30th of October Iā€™ll be working out of Earth and Rose Salon and have some reflexology appointments available at my introductory offer rate or new client rate including the hand reflexology.

I have availability between 2-5.30pm this Thursday and Friday 30th 12-1pm and 2.30-3.30 pm

How much pressure is too much pressure?

Sometimes you have tender feet, you might have arthritis, neuropathy so need gentler pressure, sometimes you might want a little more or you might be neurodiverse and respond to pressure as a sensory need.

Reflexology however isnā€™t a sports massage and shouldnā€™t be painful, you shouldnā€™t be moving around the bed or your perfusion lost around the area touched due to pressure.

Thereā€™s also the safety of myself, I can cause damage to my tools if I press too hard.

Since announcing the venue change to the Evermore Clinic from November Iā€™ve been inundated with appointment requests for adult and childrenā€™s reflexology.

The adult treatments are all still bookable through the link in the bio and are all down to their introductory offers, with the Ā£10 off for 1 hour foot reflexology for new clients until the end of 2026.

This week Iā€™m fine tuning the prices/packages and relevant forms to then get these live this week.
