This page is not manned 24hours a day so if you have any urgent concerns about your child or you need health related advice then please contact your GP, NHS 111 or in emergencies 999. The health visiting service work with women in the antenatal period and support families and children until the child starts school. This is offered via a universal pathway called the Healthy Child Programme which

offers core contacts through this period. The health visiting team work closely with our early years practitioners and family support workers who can offer support with toileting, diet, sleep, behaviour management and speech and language issues. The health visitors will also offer targeted intervention for vulnerable families through the universal plus and targeted pathway / contacts.
