Iv not posted in a while as life has just been a bit hectic But today I wanted to share with you the benefits of the Bach Flower remedy Scleranthus. It is perfect for those of us who struggle with uncertainty and indecision, this is definitely me! When faced with 2 possibilities it can hard, the first can seem right then the second comes along and you just cant decide. Or you might commit to an idea then the next day have second thoughts. A person needing this remedy is in constant motion swinging from one thing to the next. You might experience mood swings, erratic thinking, have jerky gestures and feel like you lack inner balance.
Horses needing this remedy might struggle with even trivial things like which part of the field to graze or might dither going from one thing back to another. Cats and dogs might not settle in the choice they have made ( where to take a nap). So we are a week into another lockdown. Yet again I will be using my Bach Flower Remedies to support me emotionally to help me cope with home schooling, a puppy and the anxiety and stress this pandemic is having on us. My go to this week are
*Elm for feeling overwhelmed with homeschooling and the pressure of continuing their education
*Oak- to give me strength to get through this period and carry on
*Pine- for the guilt I feel when it's easier give the kids their tablets or Netflix!
* Larch- for confidence and support.
Other helpful remedies would be Agrimony for those who's smiles hide inner worries, they put on a brave, cheerful face despite struggling. White chestnut for unwanted thoughts buzzing around your head that you can't switch off. Finally Olive is a very popular remedy and can help you through times of physical and mental tiredness and exhaustion. I hope you all have a good week in these tricky times ❤️

Christmas stress? So many of us find Christmas difficult, there's so much pressure to get everything 'right'. The tree, the presents the dinner! Today I thought I would share some remedies that can help with fear.

Aspen - This remedy can help those suffering from apprehension and vague fears . There is no apparent reason and can not be explained. That feeling of unease, but not sure why or a creeping nervousness which you can't name. Children afraid of the dark , not wanting to sleep alone or if you are kept awake at night by a fear you cant explain, this remedy is for you.
Cats needing Aspen will run and hide for no apparent reason. In horses, it can be helpful for soothing unknown fears, can help them become more calm, settled and feel more secure.

Mimulus - This remedy helps 'concrete' known fears, such as spiders, the dentist or escalators. People needing this can be delicate, unsure of themselves and sensitive.
Horses who have known fears of livestock, traffic or loading would benefit from this. They can often by shy and nervous in disposition. Dogs needing this could have fears of the vet, fireworks and loud noises, being groomed or even certain people. It can bring courage to those pacing or restless.

Rock Rose - This remedy is for absolute terror, when a horse might bolt or you may be frozen in terror. It is helpful in emergencies, times of panic and helplessness.
