5 steps to transform yourself:
YOUR WHY
Remember why you started, how far you've come. Write down your reason why you want to lose weight. When you put pen to paper it's much more powerful than just thinking about it! 💍 👨👩👧👦
IT'S ALL IN THE PLANNING
Plan your products, plan for food and recipes and keep track of your water intake (2.25 litres of water a day is a must!). Build in some gentle exercise, set yourself a day/time/route and enjoy getting outside for a walk. Small achievable goals to start with, get moving you'll feel great! 🚶♀️
WATCH AND LEARN
Follow your Consultant, find fellow inspiring dieters online and pick up great hints and tips. Go to www.one2onediet.com for great info and recipes 🥘
IF YOU GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION
You're only human! It's not the end of the world. It's what you do afterwards that really matters. Bin any guilt and carry on. Ask yourself "What led me to do that?" "How was I feeling?" and reach out to me, your Consultant to help you. That's what I'm here for, to celebrate the good and help you if you need it. That's the magic of 1:1. I'm your biggest cheerleader and you will succeed ❤
PAMPER YOURSELF
Take some time out for you. Get an early night, sleep is so important. Enjoy a long soak in the bath, face mask, paint your toes, hands, listen to your favourite music, grab a good book, order some new ones. Work on some self development. Purchase some new clothes for Summer time. When lockdown is over, treat yourself to massage, beauty treatment as a well done for the amazing changes you've made during this difficult time 💅
