Chester 10k yesterday 🏃‍♂️great event.

With all the swimming lately 🏊‍♂️ I haven’t put much running mileage into the legs, so I wasn’t sure how it would go. Felt surprisingly good and I’m happy with the time, Nice little pb😂😊
