Yeeeeears I’ve been doing this 🤪
have I reached my goal?
Nope!
Am I still going? Yep

| look at it this way..::: without it I wouldn’t be as strong I wouldn’t be as healthy
I wouldn’t have turned bad days into good
I wouldn’t have boosted my energy system on those tired days
I wouldn’t have a pure dopamine hit off my music
I wouldn’t have the great connections I have made
I wouldn’t have motivating coaches
I wouldn’t have learnt new stuff off these expert coaches
I wouldn’t have had the laughs

Am I still a cuddly chubby fit strong girl ....yes!
Will I ever give up? ..... never!!!
