Huge shout-out to the crew who absolutely destroyed the session last night. The energy was fantastic. We have 4 weeks left of this cycle. The team is locked into a simple, high-output nutrition plan—the exact same one I’m using right now to get into the best shape of my life.

The whistle blew on the steps at Helsby quarry this morning and the crew didn’t look back—moving straight into backward hill climbs and a run/hike across the Helsby Hill trail.

Week 1 of the 6-Week Bootcamp is officially in the books. Fantastic energy from everyone out there today.

Saturday morning handled. 35-minute early morning hike / jog up Helsby Hill, metabolic kettlebells, and a heavy hypertrophy session at the gym.

Fuelling the recovery properly: 200g Aberdeen Angus rump seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic granules, seared in beef dripping on a smoking-hot griddle pan and finished in the oven. Paired with a thick feta and mixed herb frittata and a fiery homemade chili-passata dip.

No shortcuts, just tracking the metrics and executing the plan. 💪🥩🍳
