Community Reflexology Offering 🧡

Hi all. This is something I've never done before, but I feel guided to do it in light of the economic and mental health challenges many are facing at the moment.

On the 13th June, I will be offering reflexology treatments for hands or feet on a donation basis. This means you can book in for a treatment on this day and donate whatever amount you are comfortable with.

A few Ts and Cs:

The minimum donation is £15, and treatment times will vary depending on the donation amount, with a minimum treatment time of 30 minutes. A full 60-minute treatment is usually £45.

I am trusting that the right people will see this. Please pass on if there is anyone you know who could do with some nourishment, relaxation and care. Thank you and have a lovely evening 🙂❤️

I’ve recently refreshed my space and offerings under the name Aruna Holistics- a name that feels more authentic and aligned with what I offer.

Here is what you can book in for✨

🌞 Reflexology�Gentle and restorative, working on reflex points in the feet or hands to support balance throughout the body.

🌞 Full Body Massage�A relaxing, therapeutic massage to ease tension, improve circulation, and help you fully unwind.

🌞 Usui Reiki�A gentle practice where energy is channelled through the hands to support balance across the mind and body. This is offered as an optional add-on within your reflexology or massage treatment at no extra cost.

🌞 Aromareflex�A personalised blend of reflexology and aromatherapy. Your treatment includes a custom-made cream using essential oils, created just for you. You’ll also receive your blend to take home and continue using.

Once you book a treatment, you’ll receive a consultation form via email. Completing and returning this allows me to understand any health conditions, concerns, or goals you have for the session/s. If you are just looking for relaxation that’s fine!

Upon Arrival 👣
When you arrive, we’ll begin by reviewing some brief clinic notes regarding your current health and well-being. This is done at the start of each treatment to ensure that every session is customized to meet your specific needs.

The Treatment Experience✨
Lafuma Recliner Chair – A luxurious, fully adjustable chair that contours to your body, providing optimal support for complete comfort.
Ambient Atmosphere – Soft candlelight and a custom-blended essential oil clearing spray create a soothing, peaceful environment.
Personalized Sound Healing – Choose from calming natural sounds (ocean waves, birdsong, flowing water) or therapeutic frequencies. You’ll be provided with headphones (optional) for a fully immersive experience.

After the Treatment💪
When your session ends, I’ll offer you a refreshing glass of lemon water, and we’ll discuss any findings from your treatment, along with helpful insights or self-care tips. If you’d like, you can also draw an oracle card for a positive message or affirmation to take with you.

🦶✨ “Is reflexology the same as massage?”
This is a question I get asked a lot — and I understand why! Both involve touch, both feel lovely… however, they’re actually quite different in how they work.

💆‍♀️ Massage Therapy

Massage works directly on the muscles — easing tension, relaxing the body, and helping to release those stubborn knots. It’s often used for recovery, pain relief, or just a good unwind.

🦶 Reflexology

Reflexology, on the other hand, focuses on specific points on the feet (or hands) that are believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body.
It’s less about muscle work and more about encouraging balance, deep relaxation, and gently supporting your body’s natural rhythms by working with each of your organ systems.

People often tell me they leave a session feeling not just relaxed, but also more grounded, centred, and a little lighter 🌿

It’s not a treatment that diagnoses or cures — but it is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself and take some space to just... be. 🙏
