Namaste, Pausing Stilling Clearing, A Good few weeks off Instagram is just what I needed, I listened to my soul. In these moments of pause, a deeper listening & understanding, cleansing & clarity, connecting to myself to all that is, Earth Sky & Beyond. Namaste, Many of you might not be aware that alongside being a Yoga Teacher, I am also a certified HCPC registered Art Therapist. For over a decade, I have passionately crafted environments that blend Art and Yoga, with some of you having already experienced these unique offerings.

As I journey towards a more authentic self, aligning deeply with my TRUTH and soul, I am excited to create additional spaces for ART and Yoga. My aim is to assist you in reflecting, restoring, rejuvenating, and awakening your True self. My offering are rooted deeply in nature, My thesis title was “Coming Down to Earth-Bringing more of earth into Art Therapy” This theme resonates deeply within me, guiding my ongoing journey and creative exploration.

Yoga Sutra 1.20

श्रद्धावीर्यस्मृतिसमाधिप्रज्ञापूर्वक इतरेषाम् ॥ १.२० ॥ 

śraddhā-vīrya-smṛti-samādhi-prajñā-pūrvaka itareṣām 

For the others, this state is preceded by trust, vital energy, right memory, absorption, and true wisdom.
    •    Sraddha - Clarity,Trust,Faith
    •    Virya - Vital Energy and Willpower
    •    Smriti - Right Memory
    •    Samadhi -  The highest state of Consciousness and Meditative absorption 
    •    Prajna - True Wisdom
    •    Purvaka – preceded or supported by
    •    Itaresam – for others,ordinary seekers
                                                                                                        
This sutra has given me willpower & strength, to post these photos taken by the amazing talented Luaren @    Both us women have faced some inner demons, in the form of lack of confidence, self doubt, not believing in our true selves. Marked by past experiences, experiences that came from others’ perception of us, others’ unkind words to us, others’ judgments. That childhood stuff…. These experiences have made us who we are today, stronger, happy, joyful, peaceful, the ability to trust, to surrender to all that is.
