A little glimpse into yesterday’s training.

I’ve been training in two brand new treatments that has now launched in clinic:

Welcome Dermatherm radio frequency and Dermalift Microcurrent.

Honestly the before and after results we saw yesterday were incredible.

As always, I don’t bring treatments into the clinic unless I genuinely believe in them, and these felt very aligned with a more natural, supportive approach to skin aging that I know so many of my clients are now looking for.

20 years in business today. Honestly… that feels quite emotional to say out loud.

Over the last two decades, this little business has seen a lot of life alongside me.

I’ve worked through a financial crash, navigated a global pandemic, become a mum to two amazing boys, and completely rebuilt the direction of my business more than once along the way.

When I first started, The Skinologist looked very different. I was a traditional beauty salon owner with a real passion for skin. Over time, that passion grew stronger and stronger until eventually I made the decision to let go of all the other treatments and specialise completely in skin health and facial treatments.

It was a huge leap at the time and definitely a scary one, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made.

Since then, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to win multiple awards for my treatments and build a clinic centred around the kind of work I truly believe in.

But more than anything, what I feel today is grateful.

Grateful for the clients who have trusted me with their skin year after year.
Some of you have been with me almost since the beginning.

You’ve watched me grow, evolve, change direction, become a mum, survive the hard seasons, and continue building this business into what it is today.

Without your loyalty, trust, recommendations, and support, none of this would have been possible.

I’m investing in some new treatment technology I genuinely believe women need.

Not because they promise unrealistic results.
Not because they follow trends.

When I began researching to upgrade my facial technologies, it was important to me that I chose machines that truly aligned with my philosophy and delivered visible results without making women look frozen or overdone.

As we age, the face naturally begins to change beneath the skin.

Facial muscles gradually lose tone.

Most people have never heard of this treatment… but this is a staple in a lot of my bespoke facials and here’s why.

This morning setting up for a Fusion Mesotherapy treatment, and it’s one of those treatments I keep coming back to because of how well it works with the skin.
