From the moment you walk into the room, you’ll be welcomed by the soft glow of tealights, calming aromas, and my magical space projector, creating the perfect atmosphere to switch off from the outside world and simply be🤍

This intimate, small-group session begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you relax, recharge, and release the stresses of the week😌

Midweek Magic takes place every Wednesday evening, 7:30–8:30pm, at the beautiful Natural Touch Wellness Clinic, just 5 minutes from Chester Town Centre😍

Our Bloom & Renew workshop on the spring bank holiday was so much fun! 🥰🌸

We channelled our inner fairies and crafted some flower crowns, embracing creativity and the fact that ‘perfect’ doesn’t exist!🤩💐 Each flower crown was beautifully unique, just like each individual who attended💛

Thank you to everyone who joined, it’s you that makes these events so special and magical✨ We loved every minute!💖

I’ve been absolutely loving these Wednesday evenings🤩

When do we ever get time during our busy week to pause, ground, connect, relax? This is exactly why I created the Midweek Magic sessions… Because we deserve a moment of quiet, serenity and stillness. In fact, that’s the bare minimum we deserve as humans constantly showing up day in day out😌
