Well what an emotional meeting I had today with Mollys learning coach, Molly came to us for an SEN working/learning apprenticeship through the local college, I don't think anyone expected how far she would come in such a short time, whilst being with us at Lauren court, she has grown into a valuable team member and a shadow of the girl we met at the start of this, today we offered Molly a permanent contract, we are all so so proud of you molly, welcome to team lauren court.
