We've been totally overwhelmed by the love and support we've had from this post about us receiving a fake 1 star review via google.
The comments left on the shared post and google have genuinely made us emotional by your lovely kind words.
We have emailed google and reported this and thanks to all of you reporting it too it will soon be removed!

Unfortunately there will always be bitter individuals that get their jollies from trying to bring down hard working people's businesses and reputations. We've already noticed another fake 1 star review (not shocked) 🤣

To the persons leaving the negative reviews, thankyou for taking the time to bring traffic to our google page and all the positive reviews we've had because of your time wasting ❤️😘

Deva fam please help us out! We've had a fake 1* review on google 😡
We would be lying if we've always had a perfect outcome with tattoos/piercings.
No studio anywhere ever has. Ami always encourages clients whether they be hers or one of our other artists/piercers to get in touch so problems can be rectified. After all this is her business, her name above the door and her 1st baby so clients being happy is her top priority.
Unfortunately we believe this review has come from someone who over a number of years has continued to message us and waste time. This person would message us for appointments at all hours of the day, when we didn't reply within 10 minutes would send ????, change their mind constantly, would never pay a deposit and has never actually been tattooed or pierced by us. Most recently they started messaged Zoey via her instagram but soon after would message her at all hours send her ???? and started asking inappropriate, none tattoo related questions. Zoey called them out on their behaviour and as a studio we have declined to work or communicate with them going forward. Soon after the last interaction we received this negative review 🙄
we have never tattooed anyone of this name and as there is no actual evidence or photos we can only assume it's been left out of spite.
We have reported this to google so fingers crossed it gets removed!

Massive well done to our very lovely apprentice Sarah aka sldodd.art for finally getting her certificate and registered with the council!
Sarah is absolutely smashing her apprenticeship and continues to be a much loved and valued member of the Deva ladies! Check out some of her practice skins and crisp line work! ✨
