As much as I love my little cherubs with every fibre of my being… 🥰

Six weeks. SIX. WHOLE. WEEKS. 😂

Anyway, no idea why I appear to be skipping up the school drive after drop-off this morning. Must just be overcome with emotion. 👀💃

I’ll miss the constant snacks, the “Muuuuum”, the arguing, the mess and my personal favourite… “I’M BORED!” approximately 14 seconds after being given 47 different suggestions.

Have the BEST day, my precious angels.

Still on holiday ☀️🍹 and back in clinic towards the end of next week.

For now, I’m enjoying some sunshine, family time and attempting to relax…

Although, if I hear “MUUUUM, I’M BORED” one more time, I may genuinely consider reopening the clinic from here 😂

Apparently sunshine, a swimming pool and being on holiday still isn’t enough entertainment. Who knew? 🤷‍♀️

I love my family dearly… but I’m definitely starting to miss you lot 😂

Firstly, I’m sorry that my appointment availability has been a little limited lately!

I’ve been juggling my psychiatry assessment work while winding down one role and starting another… apparently there are still only 24 hours in a day, which feels slightly unreasonable 😂

Things are finally settling into a much better routine, so my usual clinic times going forward will be:

🤍 Mondays
🤍 Friday mornings
🤍 Some Saturday mornings, when available

✨ EXTRA CLINIC SLOTS ✨
I also have several appointments available on Monday 17th August between 4pm–6pm.

If you’ve been waiting for a consultation, review or treatment, now is a good time to get booked in.

Just a little reminder that Just Nic really is JUST NIC 🙋🏼‍♀️😂 There’s only me, so unfortunately I can’t routinely offer ad-hoc appointments outside my clinic days.

A little apology from me ❤️

Firstly, I’m so sorry if you’ve been waiting for a reply to a message or email. I promise I haven’t forgotten about anyone!

Last week I was away completing an intensive week of ADHD Assessor training, and this week I’ve started carrying out assessments, so it’s been a huge learning curve and an incredibly busy couple of weeks.

Things are likely to stay a little hectic until next week, but once everything settles down I’ll be working my way through all of my messages and emails. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I juggle it all.

I really do appreciate every single one of you, and I’ll be back to replying properly as soon as I can. 💛

It’s taken me over 40 years to realise I’m happiest just being me, and that’s exactly how I run my clinic.

My motto has always been Enhance, not change. I’m quite flattered that so many people now use it, but it’s always been the way I practise.

Ageing is normal. Hormones change, collagen drops, we lose facial volume, our skin changes and our hair can thin. My job isn’t to make you look like someone else. It’s to help you feel like the best version of yourself.

I don’t hard sell and no new patient will ever have treatment on the same day. I’ll always educate first.

Look after your skin and you’ll need less from me. In fact, even if you never become a patient, I’ll still give you honest skincare advice. I’ve used Cliniccare for around seven years because it works, not because it has the biggest price tag.

Honest advice. No pressure. Just Nic. 🤍
