Aqua Sonos 💧✨
Another absolutely beautiful evening of water and sound healing.
I keep these sessions to just 6 souls because I want it to feel safe, spacious and intimate. No big groups. No rush. Just you, the water, and the sound.
You’re supported by the comfiest floats (yes… you can completely fall asleep on them 😌), heated eye masks warming you into deep rest, and our wonderful lifeguard quietly watching over everything so you can fully let go.
What I see again and again…
People sleep better afterwards — not just that night, but often for up to 7 nights.
Chakras feel rebalanced.
Emotions soften.
Bodies unclench.
Nervous systems properly exhale.
And here’s the powerful bit…
You’re not just floating on the water — you’re immersed in it.
When your body is in warm water:

Aqua Sonos is a deeply restorative experience where you float effortlessly on supportive floats in a 32‑degree pool, with a heated eye mask, the soft resonance of crystal singing bowls, and an individual healing bowl placed in the water beside you. Each session ends with gentle reiki energy work and a warm herbal tea to help you re‑ground before heading home.

We don't often get to do Fridays for a float but I have been able to open the space for the next 3 Fridays. Bookings are directly through me not available on the normal booking site, as always we need a minimum of 4 to run the group ✨
