🌙 Recurring nightmares keeping you awake? 🌙

When the same nightmare keeps coming back, it can leave you feeling exhausted, anxious and dreading going to sleep.

Sometimes, nightmares can be connected to unresolved experiences, emotions or stressful events. TIR (Traumatic Incident Reduction) is a guided process that can help you explore and process distressing experiences in a safe and structured way.

For some people, working through what is behind recurring nightmares can help reduce the intensity or frequency of them and bring a greater sense of calm. ✨

You don’t have to simply accept restless nights as “just the way things are.”

💭 If recurring nightmares are affecting your sleep or everyday life, get in touch to find out more about how TIR may be able to support you.

🌿 Sometimes, finding peace starts with understanding what’s keeping your mind awake.

❤️ WHAT IF YOU’RE TOO SCARED TO BOOK A TIR SESSION?

You’re not alone.

Sometimes the thought of talking about something painful from the past can feel overwhelming. You might worry about having to explain everything, becoming emotional, or not knowing what to expect.

With TIR, you don’t have to be afraid of facing it alone.

TIR (Traumatic Incident Reduction) is a structured, confidential process that allows you to work through a difficult experience at your own pace, in a safe and supportive environment.

One of the things clients often tell us is that the fear of booking was much bigger than the fear of actually having the session.

So if you’ve been thinking about TIR but keep putting it off, perhaps ask yourself:

“What could change for me if I stopped letting fear make the decision?” ❤️

You deserve the opportunity to move forward without being held back by something that happened in your past.

If you’d like to know more about TIR, send me a private message. I’m happy to have a confidential, no-obligation chat and answer any questions before you decide whether it’s right for you.

You don’t have to be ready for everything.
You only have to be ready for the first step. ❤️

💜 I’d love to introduce you to my Face2Face Trauma & Wellbeing page 💜

This page is something very close to my heart and reflects my passion for helping people move forward from the impact of difficult and traumatic experiences.

As a TIR facilitator (Traumatic Incident Reduction), I’m particularly passionate about supporting people to understand and process the effects that traumatic experiences can leave behind. TIR is a person-centred approach that provides a safe, structured space for individuals to revisit and work through a traumatic incident, helping to reduce the emotional charge and distress associated with it. 🌿

Sometimes we can look like we’re coping on the outside while carrying so much on the inside. ❤️

My hope is that this page becomes a place of understanding, compassion, education and empowerment — and reminds people that their past experiences don’t have to define their future.

If you know someone who may benefit from learning more about Traumatic Incident Reduction or trauma-informed wellbeing, I’d really appreciate you following, liking and sharing my page. 💜

You don’t have to remain defined by what happened to you. Healing and moving forward is possible. ✨

Before listening to this guided meditation, find a quiet, comfortable and safe space where you can relax without being disturbed. Please do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. This meditation is intended for relaxation and personal wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical or professional advice or treatment. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, simply stop the meditation and return your attention to your surroundings.
Now, make yourself comfortable, allow yourself this time just for you… relax, listen and enjoy. 💜

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but there’s no pressure—I’m happy to offer a confidential, no-obligation chat to explain how TIR works and answer any questions. Your healing journey starts with one conversation. 💚
