Imagine if crystals spent all day comparing themselves to each other.

"I wish I was smoother."

Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it?

Yet women do it every single day.

These crystals are beautiful because they're different.

The cracks.
The markings.
The weird bits.
The unexpected colours.
The things that make them stand out.

That's exactly what gives them character.

And honestly?

The same goes for you.

The world doesn't need you to be more polished.
More perfect.
More like somebody else.

It needs you to be you.

The version underneath all the coping.
All the people-pleasing.
All the comparison.

Because there has never been another you.

Apparently it's a Full Blue Moon tonight.

Which means some of us are reflecting, releasing and setting intentions...
..and some of us are standing in the garden talking to a giant moon.
No judgement. 💜

Go outside.

Seriously.

Even if you have to slap on factor 50+...go outside.

Stand in the sun for 2 minutes.
Face the warmth.
Close your eyes.

Let your shoulders unclench.
Let your jaw unclench.
For once....

Fresh air.
Sunlight.
Breathing properly again.

People forget that grounding doesn't always have to be full moon rituals, 20 step healing journeys, or licking a crystal under Mercury retrograde.

Sometimes your body literally needs light, warmth, Stillness and a break from everyone's nonsense.

When the sun hits your skin, your soul suddenly remembers...

You are drawn to what you need, not what you want.

For my beautiful customers who came to see me Wirksworth artisan market Derbyshire Wirksworth Carnival on Sunday- many we surprised by the crystals they were drawn to.
Some came to browse and choose something pretty, and that's totally ok, but unknowingly, you chose what you needed in that moment..be it self- love, a bit of protection, a crystal to support you during the times of grief you are facing, or a crystal to spark your creativity- they all chose what was meant for them.
And to know that, share that, give messages of support is priceless to me.

I asked my cards out loud what you needed to hear today.
This card jumped out the deck.

Love and light will always outshine the dark, the fear. We just have to tweak our mindset and let love in. Let that incy bitsy bit of trust in yourself in.

You don't have to make it dramatic, bit by bit is absolutely OK.

Cos darling you are totally worth loving. You deserve love. You just have to take that leap and start with YOU first.

Negativity always shows up at the worst possible time... ☎️😂

You're minding your own business doing the Tesco big shop... and there it is lurking somewhere between the tins of beans and aisle 7.

Or maybe you're one of those women who absorbs other people's moods like some kind of emotional sponge.

Someone's stressed? You feel it.
Someone's overwhelmed? You carry it.
Someone's energy feels off? Somehow that joins your shopping too.

Jokes aside though... this is one of the reasons I love Black Tourmaline 🖤

I call it the negativity ninja 🥷 because it absorbs and reflects unwanted energy and negativity- standing guard in the background. Giving quiet protection. Creating strong boundaries. Allowing less soaking up everyone else’s moods..because...

Not every mood is yours.
Not every energy belongs to you.
Not everything deserves your attention.

Some days protecting your peace really is as simple as saying:
