Go outside.
Seriously.
Even if you have to slap on factor 50+...go outside.
Stand in the sun for 2 minutes.
Face the warmth.
Close your eyes.
Let your shoulders unclench.
Let your jaw unclench.
For once....
Fresh air.
Sunlight.
Breathing properly again.
People forget that grounding doesn't always have to be full moon rituals, 20 step healing journeys, or licking a crystal under Mercury retrograde.
Sometimes your body literally needs light, warmth, Stillness and a break from everyone's nonsense.
