Injury prevention isn’t about doing one magic exercise 🤍

For me, it’s about the boring stuff done consistently — staying strong, keeping mobile, managing my training load, fuelling properly and actually recovering.

I don’t panic over every little ni**le, but I also don’t repeatedly ignore what my body is telling me.

You can’t make yourself completely injury-proof, but you can build a body that’s stronger, more adaptable and better prepared for what you ask it to do.

Prevention > rehab where possible. 🤝🏼
