Morning All - I haven’t posted for awhile as I have been busy trying to fit a 1000miles of cycling around work and family life.
I have completed the cycling fundraisers just as our weather started showing signs of winter arriving!!
I hope every one is keeping well! This year has been very strange indeed. It’s had an impact on every one - some had it good whilst others had it really hard whether it was financially, mentally or physically.
It is great to see clients again - I am still missing a few regulars but in time I hope to see them again. I have also welcomed a few new clients and work is very slowly picking up again.
With winter approaching - dark cold morning and afternoons, threats of another lock down, confusing message about the covid numbers - it is really important we look after our well being!!
Sadly we don’t read head lines promoting healthy eating, how to boost your immune system, the importance of vitamins- the best ways to take them, keep active - all the things that gives us a better fighting chance with winter colds and a pesky virus that’s got the world on its knees. I am happy to discuss measures and diets to help you keep strong through winter!
Massage has many benefits and play a great role in keeping you in good health - not just physically but also mentally!
So make sure you put a little time aside each month for self care - a 40min massage will make a massive difference through winter. As a Sports Therapist I make sure I have a massage myself as I need to be in tip top form to give my clients the best.
