At One to One Support Services, we believe communication, inclusion, and compassionate care make a real difference. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers, including those with BSL skills or experience, to join us.
💙 BSL Recruitment Bonus – £250 (T&Cs apply)
💷 £100 paid with your first payslip
💷 £150 after completing 3 months employment
✔ Based on a minimum of 20 hours per week
💰 Extra Hours Reward
Work over 44 hours per week and receive an additional £1.00 per hour for every extra hour worked.

🧩 BSL Level 1, 2, 3 or practical signing experience

Our respite support gives families and unpaid carers time to rest, recharge and look after themselves, while knowing their loved one is in safe and caring hands.

Respite support can be flexible and tailored around your needs. We can provide support for:

🕐 A few hours – giving you time to attend appointments, run errands, meet friends or simply have some time for yourself.

🌙 A few days – providing additional support when you need a longer break or have other commitments.

📅 A week or more – offering longer-term respite when you need time to rest, travel, recover or holidays.

🏡 Ongoing support – if your circumstances change, we can explore a more permanent care package to provide continued support at home.
