Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our community. NED PCN is an organisational group of four proactive GP practices in North East Derbyshire. The Practices are Barlborough Medical Practice, Killamarsh Medical Practice, The

Springs Medical Partnership and The Valleys Medical Partnership. NED PCN is a relatively small PCN with just over 40,000 patients. The NHS Long Term Plan describes the prominent role Primary Care Networks play in delivering proactive, personalised and more integrated health and social care for their local populations. This requires collaborative working between organisations including GP practices, acute and community health, social care organisations and the voluntary and community sector. 📢 Important Information for All Patients

NHS England is currently writing to around 300,000 patients registered with a GP practice, asking them to confirm their address and contact details.

If you receive this letter, please respond promptly and follow the instructions provided.

You MUST still respond if your details are correct.

Please note: If you do not respond within 30 days, NHS England may remove you from our practice list. If this happens, you will need to re-register with a GP practice to continue receiving routine healthcare services.

If any of your contact details have recently changed, please let us know so we can update your records.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep patient records accurate.

Our reception team is here to help and support all of our patients, and they work hard every day to provide the best possible service.

Recently, we have experienced a small number of incidents where staff have been spoken to in a rude or disrespectful manner. We kindly ask that all patients treat our team with courtesy, patience, and respect.

We understand that healthcare needs can sometimes be stressful or frustrating, and we will always do our best to assist you. However, abusive, aggressive, or rude behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.

Thank you to the vast majority of our patients who continue to show kindness, understanding, and respect to our hardworking reception team. Your support is greatly appreciated.
