Really easy meal to do and has a decent amount of protein so really good one to have post workout. Please see below for instructions:
Slice and dice your mushrooms and chop up the spinach into small strips.
Heat your pan up and spray either olive, sunflower or coconut oil in to stop any sticking.
Add the meatballs along with any seasoning and stir until they are covered.
Fry the meat balls on a medium heat until they go brown then add the rest of the ingredients.
For 3 servings:
Spinach 10g
Sun dried tomato pesto (Aldi) 80g (Fat: 6.7g, Carbs: 1.6g, Protein: 0.8g)
Mushrooms closed up 30g (Fat: 0.1g, Protein: 0.5g, Carbs: 0.1g)
Turkey thigh meatballs 120g (Fat: 8.6g, Protein 22g, Carbs: 4.8g)
You can add more carbohydrates to this meal if you are wanting to bulk up or replenish your energy levels.
