A few shots of the AAA FITNESS team in action today in our free PT taster day raising money for Ashgate Hospice at Places Gym Chesterfield. Throughout the day we offered a taste of personal training in return for a donation to the cause. Excellent work from James McLeish Matthew Head and Gavin raising money for a worthy cause and helping to inspire people in their fitness journey

A new string to my bow, I can now analyse any running injuries and help to rehabilitate you, as well as assist with your shoe choice based on foot type and running style.

Really easy meal to do and has a decent amount of protein so really good one to have post workout. Please see below for instructions:

Slice and dice your mushrooms and chop up the spinach into small strips.
Heat your pan up and spray either olive, sunflower or coconut oil in to stop any sticking.
Add the meatballs along with any seasoning and stir until they are covered.
Fry the meat balls on a medium heat until they go brown then add the rest of the ingredients.

For 3 servings:

Spinach 10g
Sun dried tomato pesto (Aldi) 80g (Fat: 6.7g, Carbs: 1.6g, Protein: 0.8g)
Mushrooms closed up 30g (Fat: 0.1g, Protein: 0.5g, Carbs: 0.1g)
Turkey thigh meatballs 120g (Fat: 8.6g, Protein 22g, Carbs: 4.8g)

You can add more carbohydrates to this meal if you are wanting to bulk up or replenish your energy levels.
