I like to share any free therapy information and things that I think may help people cope with stress and anxiety. In EMDR, we use bilateral beats. This audio uses the same bilateral audio; it has a slow beat with calming music and will help calm your nervous system, even if you add just a couple of minutes each day.
Give it a try and see what you think. A colleague shared it with me today, and I found it very calming. I hope you will, too.
