Lots going on at CK Sports massage recently, our debut last week at the salon went brilliantly. With Claire (my mum) doing Mondays and me doing Wednesdays she insisted I finally showed my face 🤣
Then yesterday we ventured into derby and completed 7 sports massages on the One Nation Boxing gyms boxers and gave a muscle health talk. Our feedback was brilliant and glowing especially the muscle health talk which is so important for growing and training athletes and definitely something we will be pursuing in the future.
As many of you know boxing is a passion of both my mum and I and has been part of the family for a very long time, so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thank One nation, the boxers and coaches for their participation and politeness at the talk.
Thank you all for your continued support! We hope to see old faces and new popping up in the salon in the future ♥️
