"The abundance is where the alignment is."

Tim's bananachat takeaway from this morning's POWER Online which connects, shifts and empowers the dõTERRA remote team.

My simple, memorable words of bananachat - mental strength, mantras and mindfulness - that power the dõTERRA bunch into a brand new month, at the start of every month.

Claire is someone who's known and championed the POWER adventure since the beginning and, this year especially, has been a huge support for me on my path of aligned bananas action.

Claire will be 'on the Beach, with the bunch, on the longest day, 21.06 - Summer Solstice - at 5 AM (wait list is open) when we will celebrate the ABUNDANCE of light, and the richness of life, together.

An INCREDIBLE bunch of 30 plus - lacing up and cheering each other on - in support of brave women who are taking brave steps towards their wild+free, safe and loved lives.

An INCREDIBLE £8,387 raised for My Sisters' House, and still going up and up - THANK YOU. 🚀

And INCREDIBLE awareness for My Sisters' House CIO a charity that does vital work that's part of my story, and close to my heart.

Now to give back to your AMAZING bodies and bask in the AWESOMENESS of what you did and who you are ... BUNCH. 💛

Thanks to the organisers, marshalls and everyone who lines the route - the Bognor Prom 10k Road Race will always have a special place in my heart.

This is me. 📸

I was asked to pick three photos that represent me - these are my three, and why.

1. A week camping in the Sahara - no tech, no bed, no shower, no toilet - shared with new people, experiencing new cultures, in jaw-dropping nature.

Awe-some spaces are where my creativity breathes.

Plus, I'm solar powered. ☀️

2. Delivering bitesize bananachat through a megaphone on the Sweaty Betty cheer mile, at Trafalgar Square, supporting the and 16,000 Royal Parks Half Marathon runners.

Moments of connection, shared vulnerability and strength, brave, empowering spaces that shift, and being part of something bigger - a bunch of my favourites.

Plus, symbolically, the megaphone - using my voice to speak up for myself and others. 📢

3. Elsa wanted to show me her phone (my face says it all).
