Ask me what I love about my life ...
Small moments of connection.
Throwing bananas around like confetti.
And yes - rocking around in my bra and pants and pumps, basking in the best of nature.
Put me in any wild public space and Iâll get curious:
Who can I gift a banana to?
Who might want to scribble on one?
Whoâs open to a moment of courage, curiosity and connection?
The beach is also a great space for inspiring bananachat that encourages noticing, empathy, humanity.
Everyone on the beach is part of your day.
Everyone has loved someone, lost someone, and is afraid something.
Everyone is just finding and feeling their way through today.
It's bananachat gold.
This is Coco.
Living in Thailand.
On her way to Italy.
Passing through Bracklesham.
She was curious about the bunch.
So I got curious about Coco, and I gave her a banana and a pen.
She drew all over her banana, accepted the banana baton, and the movement continues.
She also loved my 'giraffe' outfit (officially beigeâink leopard print by Sweaty Betty but âGiraffe by Cocoâ is iconic).
Connection doesnât need to be complicated - it can be playful, brave and beautifully human.
When I asked for permission to use this photo - it was Natalie, Coco's Mum's friend on the banana FROW who candidly captured it - this was her reply ... đž
