I never get bored of the sight of Arundel Castle. I feel so blessed to be living 10 minutes away from this amazing place and get to see it regularly. The history here is so rich, interesting and has an amazing feel. I love to see the world with wonder and joy, it gives life a magical depth.

I’m enjoying half term with my daughter so am taking a break from my usual social media posts 🥰

Take a moment to relax, breathe deeply and check in with your body. Are you holding any tension? Particularly jaw, shoulders and back. Regular resets like this make a huge difference to how calm and clear we feel 💚

Fear can keep us stuck for a long time, often without us even realising it. Sometimes we avoid things because they feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or because we’re scared of failing, being judged, or getting hurt.

But when we start to understand our fears and the patterns they’ve created in us, we can begin to make different choices going forward. That’s where real growth and change can happen.

We don’t have to become fearless overnight, but facing our fears little by little can help us move forward and create a happier, more fulfilling life.
