Mental Health awareness week

This is close to my heart as mental health struggles have affected my family throughout my life. My Mum struggled with depression for many years and my older brother took his own life due to deep depression.
This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about sound and deep relaxation as it creates new opportunities for positive mental health and personal wellbeing. If you or someone you care about struggles with mental wellbeing a listening ear , gentle music and connecting with nature can all help to calm and reset. Sometimes people will need medical intervention Also for crisis situations Samaritans have a great helpline.
