🛑 The Power of Rest Between Sets 🛑

At Aston’s Gym, we know it’s tempting to power through your workout without taking breaks, but did you know that rest is just as important as the reps themselves? 🏋️‍♂️ Here’s why taking a pause between sets is key for your gains:

💪 Muscle Recovery
Short breaks give your muscles time to recover, allowing them to repair and grow stronger for your next set.

⚡ Energy Replenishment
Resting between sets helps replenish ATP, your body’s energy source, so you can push yourself harder and maintain intensity throughout your session.
