Viv Ward is a fully qualified, FRYOG trained yoga teacher offering classical yoga techniques to improve your physical and mental well-being. Your Yoga and Feel-good Yoga. Your Yoga is a shorter, easier version but anyone can attend the other class as alternatives are provided. The longer class allows us more time for those who wish to explore stronger variations, but these are optional. Your Yoga

: Mondays 6-7pm and Thursdays 4:45pm-5:45pm, Bosham Village Hall. Feel-good Yoga: Tuesdays 9:30am-10:45am and Thursdays 11am-12:15pm Chidham Village Hall.
