Mindfulness.... What does that mean to you? I touched upon it in this week's live in the group, and mentioned that I was working on this new puzzle. I completed it later that evening and can say that this activity benefited me in several ways. There was the aspect of 'me time', something that can often make us feel guilty because 'I should be using that time to do something more useful', there was the opportunity for my mind to just relax and reset, and then there was the joy in completing it and studying the detail in the picture. There was an added bonus of the smell of the wooden pieces, which I love!
Don't underestimate the benefit of mindfulness activities, and ensure you are getting regular 'me time' by doing things that make you happy... whatever that may be for you. βΊοΈ
