👉 "People often mistake me for an adult because of my age."
And honestly...
That pretty much sums up how I see the world.

Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that play is for children.
🧸 Something cute.
🎈 Something frivolous.
🤷 Something optional.
But play isn't a luxury.
It's a human need.
And it's one of the most powerful tools we have for supporting our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

🤔 Think about the word "exercise" for a moment.
For many people it brings to mind:
😰 Gruelling workouts
😓 Shiny, judgemental gyms
😑 Endless, boring reps
No wonder so many of us struggle to stick with it.

But what if we looked at exercise differently?
What if we saw it through the lens of play?
✨ Joy
✨ Curiosity
✨ Freedom
✨ Movement that feels good
🧠 Play is movement without pressure.
💪 Exercise is movement with purpose.
The magic happens when the two overlap.

When we treat exercise as play, it stops being a chore and becomes something we want to do rather than something we feel we should do.
🌱 Why play matters for grown-ups:
✔️ Reduces stress and helps us reset
✔️ Improves mood and mental wellbeing
✔️ Strengthens social connection
✔️ Encourages creativity and growth
✔️ Supports physical health
Play helps us reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with the simple joy of being alive.

💭 We don't stop playing because we grow old.
We grow old because we stop playing.

🎈 We're never too old to go out and play.
Sometimes we just need someone to remind us where we left it.
