“Women in your 40s… this is why your body feels exhausted even when you’ve ‘done nothing’.”

Because carrying stress is exhausting too.

Sitting for hours

Rushing from one thing to the next
Thinking about everyone else before yourself

Your nervous system feels all of it.

This is your reminder that movement does not need to be intense to be effective.

A few gentle stretches
A deeper breath
Five quiet minutes for yourself

That is still self care.
That still counts.

I spent years working full time in offices whilst ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. Yoga therapy completely changed the way I look after myself and now I teach busy women how to support their bodies in a more realistic, sustainable way.

Follow for gentle movement, nervous system support, and realistic wellness for real life 🤍

Save this for later
and share it with someone who has been carrying a lot lately.

Women in your 40s… your body isn’t asking for harder workouts right now.
It’s asking for gentler support 🤍

If you’ve been carrying everyone else lately, feeling tired before the week has even properly started, or noticing more tension in your back, shoulders, and hips… this is your reminder to slow down for a moment.

This gentle flow is designed to:
✨ release stiffness from sitting
✨ calm the nervous system
✨ ease lower back tension
✨ help you feel more connected to your body again

No pressure.
No intense routines.
No needing an hour.

Just a few mindful minutes that your body will genuinely thank you for.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is stop pushing and start listening.

Save this for your Monday reset 🤍
Share it with a woman who’s been carrying a lot lately.

Easter… with a Thai twist 🇹🇭🐣

This year, our Easter table looks a little different.

Instead of chocolate eggs, we’re having
Son-in-law eggs (ไข่ลูกเขย). Crispy on the outside, soft and golden in the centre, finished with that rich tamarind sauce.

Sweet, savoury, a little tangy…
and honestly, far more exciting than chocolate.

I love how food can bring together both worlds
— a familiar tradition, with flavours that feel like home.

✨ Crispy egg
✨ Soft yolk
✨ Tamarind glaze
✨ A little crunch on top

Simple ingredients, but so much depth.

It’s one of those dishes that feels special without being complicated.
Perfect for a cosy Easter lunch or something a little unexpected for your guests.

And yes… it didn’t last long on the table 😄

Save this for your Easter menu 🤍
and share it with someone who loves trying something new 🐣🍳

🎭 Thai Supper Night – SOLD OUT! 🎉

Back again for second year running, I honestly can’t wait to cook for you all and share this special evening together. It means so much to have your support, not just for the food, but for something close to my heart.

Mental health is such an important part of our overall wellbeing, and I truly believe spaces like this can make a real difference — bringing people together, creating connection, and supporting our young people.

Every ticket is helping support the wonderful Youth Mental Health Programme at Chipping Norton Theatre, which makes this night even more meaningful.

Thank you for being part of it.
See you very soon… come hungry ✨

🍜 THE WORLD’S MOST LOVED SOUP : KHAO SOI G*I (ข้าวซอยไก่)

A cosy, comforting weekday dinner with Ayurvedic wisdom and yes, it’s a Thai dish!

Khao Soi isn’t just comforting. it’s deeply balancing when your body feels tired, cold, or overstimulated.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, this bowl works beautifully because:

🌿 Warming & grounding
The gentle spices, ginger, and warm broth help calm Vata, which often feels worse after busy days, stress, or long hours of thinking.

🌿 Easy to digest
The combination of coconut milk, spices, and well-cooked ingredients supports Agni (digestive fire) without being too heavy.

🌿 Nourishing & strengthening
Chicken broth is traditionally valued for rebuilding energy, supporting immunity, and helping the body feel held and supported.

🌿 Balancing & comforting
The richness of coconut milk soothes dryness and tension, while lime and gentle heat prevent heaviness making it suitable for a cosy but light evening meal.

This is the kind of food you choose when:
• you’re tired but still want something nourishing
• the weather feels cold or damp
• you need comfort without crashing

✨ Save this for a busy weekday evening.
✨ Share it with someone who loves a comforting bowl of soup.

Comfort food can be kind, warming, and supportive, just like this 💛
