What shapes of sunglasses should I wear? A client recently asked me. The easiest answer is to wear frames which are the opposite shape to your face! So, if you're like me and have a slightly square face, choose rounder frames. In the same way, people with round faces will look better in square frames.

It wouldn't be May without Morris dancing! It's one of things I do when I'm not working. This was yesterday at Upton Folk Festival and what colour have I chosen to go with my black? Of course, it had to be pink!!

Look at these two pictures of my lovely friend # Louise Prue . She is an 'Apple' shape and like many women, tends to carry a bit extra around the tummy area. There are polka dots in lovely colour combos out there this season. Time to invest if the slightly playful yet elegant pattern appeals to you!

Polka dots are making a strong comeback, but the key is choosing the right dot for you. They come in different sizes, scales and colour combinations, so think beyond the classic black and white. Softer combinations, like pale blue and white, can be especially flattering on those with lighter colouring and create a fresh, elegant look.
