This season has been such a beautiful and profound journey.

I want to offer my deepest gratitude to all of the elders who continue to share their voices, stories, wisdom and lived experience. 🙏🏽

It is a deep honour to sit in circle with you all — to listen, to learn, and to witness the teachings that you so generously share.

These conversations hold so much heart, history and wisdom. They are an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the importance of the voices that have walked before us.

Thank you to every elder who has trusted me with your stories and shared your presence through this series. ❤️

Heart of the Rose festival this weekend. It was such a deep honour to hold a very special workshop here with my sister Sophia May who has the voice of an angel.

This workshop the descent of the serpent was focused on supporting women to anchor in the depth of their own masculine and feminine deep in their bones and deep in their body.

We modelled the masculine and feminine within us an anchors for how we change the world around us. When our relationship to Men changes within us, inside of us. When we find forgiveness to the pain caused by our past then we cha truly turn to consider the Union with the collective masculine.

We do the work as Women so that we can come together thank you Heart of the Rose of anchoring this social gathering for Women to be together in these times on this land and thank you to all of the Brothers that gathered at the same time you were all in our hearts at every moment every step of the way.

Together we rise in harmony 🌹

Beloveds we invite you into this sacred portal for our imitation into the sacred lands of Aswan Egypt. In truth this is the place I’m most connected to in Egypt Why? Priestesses served in Egyptian temples and took part in rituals, ceremonies, and the care of the gods’ cult images. Aswan was especially important because Philae, an island near Aswan, was a major centre of Isis worship. Isis was an extremely important goddess associated with motherhood, magic, healing, and protection. The region was considered sacred and was closely connected with the Nile and its annual flooding. Aswan was also Egypt’s southern frontier, making it an important political and cultural meeting point with Nubia.

We are journeying through 7 days of temple initiation and sacred rituals in these sacred lands, using family constellations and temple arts to allow the magic of these lands to fully move through us.

We are half full for this sacred pilgramage and calling in the other souls called to return to the lands in these times.

✨ I’m so happy to be sharing that I’ll be holding a workshop this Friday at Heart of the Rose — as part of Heart Rose Wisdom. 🌹

This workshop is an invitation into embodiment, intimacy, vulnerability and truth.

A space to soften the layers we so often carry, come home to our bodies, and explore what it means to be truly seen.

Together, we’ll create a space where we can share our truth with our sisters — not just the polished or comfortable parts of ourselves, but the whole spectrum. Our joy, grief, anger, tenderness, desire, fear, pleasure, uncertainty and everything in between.

To allow ourselves to be witnessed exactly as we are.

There is something deeply healing about being met in our fullness. About discovering that we don’t have to hide the parts of ourselves we think are too much, too emotional, too vulnerable or too human.

🌹 Embodiment.
🌹 Intimacy.
🌹 Vulnerability.
🌹 Truth sharing.
🌹 The courage to be seen.

I’m honoured to be part of this beautiful gathering of women and to hold this space on Friday.

Come as you are. Bring your whole self.

There are some moments that feel written in the stars… ✨🌹

A heartfelt thank you to the beautiful Healing Village a for welcoming us so lovingly this weekend to share our Rose Sacred Touch Rites of Passage sessions.

For so long, we have felt the calling to offer deeper journeys — spaces where people can slow down, soften, open, and truly experience the frequency and medicine of the Rose. To have the stars align for us to bring this work home, to my own homeland in Berkshire, feels incredibly sacred. 🌹

What a deeply special few days.

To every beautiful soul who came to sit with us, share your story, say hello, open your heart or simply meet us in the space — thank you. Your courage, your tenderness and your vulnerability moved us more deeply than you may ever know.

And a very special thank you to Carmella and the beautiful team at Mamma Wellbeing for trusting us, holding space for us, and allowing these sacred journeys to unfold.

We leave with full hearts, grateful beyond words, and feeling even more deeply into the path that is opening before us.
