💭 One Thing I've Noticed Recently...
Many people don't come to see me because they're in severe pain.
They come because they're exhausted.
Exhausted from:
• Constantly feeling tense • Never switching off • Waking up tired • Carrying stress in their shoulders • Feeling overwhelmed by everyday life
Some tell me:
"I don't know what's wrong with me... I just don't feel like myself."
Pain isn't always the problem.
Sometimes it's the symptom.
The body has an incredible way of adapting to stress, pressure and busy lifestyles.
But eventually it starts asking for attention.
Often through: ⚡ Tension ⚡ Fatigue ⚡ Poor sleep ⚡ Headaches ⚡ A feeling of being stuck
Sometimes the most important thing we can do is listen.
