Reiki Infused Back Massage - back massage followed by a reiki treatment to the whole of the back.

Hot Candle Massage - A deeply relaxing, nurturing massage to the back, neck, shoulders and scalp using our own vegan friendly hand poured massage candles. Made with pure soy wax, cocoa butter, shea butter and essential oils. 45 mins - £35
60 mins - £45

Indian Head Massage including arms, neck, chest & shoulders

Face & Scalp Massage

Tranquility Facial - Using all organic products and includes chest, neck and scalp massage
1 hr - £40

Oriental Face Massage - a deeply relaxing, energy healing treatment using massage and tsubo points on the chest, shoulders, face ears & scalp. 1hr - £40

Reflexology- A deep relaxing pressure point massage to the feet triggering a relaxation response throughout the body. Encourages good health, promoting relaxation, easing pain, preventing disease and improving quality of life.
1hr plus consultation - £40


Reiki- A safe non-intrusive hands on energy healing technique. A holistic treatment for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the mind, body and spirit.
1 hour plus consultation - £40

Himalayan Foot Treatment - A relaxing foot soak and scrub with the healing benefits of Pure Himalayan Salt finishing with a gentle foot and lower leg massage.
£20 for 30 min treatment

Luxury Himalayan Foot treatment - as above with the added benefits of hard skin removal and a luxurious foot mask.
£40 for 60 min treatment

Sometimes, life cuts us down to our very roots. It leaves us feeling hollow, broken, and completely altered. But nature has this beautiful, silent way of teaching us that scars are not the end of our story. Inside the deepest wounds, a quiet strength begins to take root. A new path forms, a new tree rises, and unexpected flowers begin to bloom in the places we thought were dead. We don’t just survive the storm; we grow an entire universe from the pieces left behind. Healing takes time, but oh, how beautiful it is when you finally bloom again.

Beautiful Soul,

No matter how heavy a season may feel, life is always quietly moving toward renewal.

Even after the darkest nights, dawn still returns.
The earth softens again after winter.
And the heart, in its own time, slowly remembers light.

There are moments when the future can feel uncertain and all we can do is take one gentle step at a time whilst trusting that something within us is still healing, still growing, still reaching toward hope.
