Meet Annmarie 🤍

Hi, I'm Annmarie

I'm a Salon Director and have been in the hair industry for over 30 years ✨ I specialise in cutting services, which is what I enjoy most, and I love helping clients find a style that suits them and makes them feel their best.

One of my favourite parts of the job is building relationships with my clients over the years. I love making people feel special when they visit the salon and creating lasting connections with them!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, my grandson and our Cavapoo, Beau 🐾

My fun fact is I spent a few years living in America when I was younger, which was an amazing experience and something I'll never forget 🇺🇸

Top tip: when blow-drying your hair, make sure it's at least 70% dry before you start styling with a brush. Always use a heat protection product, then finish with a cool shot from your hairdryer to help lock in the style, reduce frizz and smooth flyaways. One if my favourites is the Neal and Wolf Blow Dry Balm, which leaves the hair feeling smooth, soft and manageable ✨

Meet Brenda ✨

Hi, I'm Brenda

I'm one of the Salon Directors at Reflection Hair and Beauty and this year marks an incredible 60 years in the hair industry! My passion for hair started from a very young age, and I began my journey as a Saturday girl when I was just 13 years old. From that moment on, I knew hairdressing was the career for me.

Throughout my career, I've worked for a number of companies and even held a regional management role, overseeing 15 salons at one time. For over 20 years, I've worked alongside my daughter Kate and daughter-in-law Annmarie, and together we established Reflection Hair and Beauty in 2013 🤍

One thing I love most about the industry is building relationships with clients and helping them achieve the look they want through great customer service, attention to detail and professional advice.

Outside of work, I have an amazing family who mean the world to me. My husband Terry is my rock, and spending time with my children and 11 grandchildren is one of my greatest joys in life ✨

Fun fact: after 60 years in the industry, I still love coming to work and meeting new clients just as much as I did when I first started!

Top tip: always use the correct shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. Using professional products, such as Neal and Wolf, can make a huge difference to the health, condition and manageability of your hair 🫧
