NLP and EFT sessions
Both NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or tapping) are gentle yet effective approaches that can help you move past what’s holding you back and create positive change in your life.
NLP is a coaching-based technique that can help with fears, nerves, anxiety, confidence building, and achieving personal goals. It guides you to understand and work through challenges, helping you create a more positive mindset and a stronger foundation from which to move forward.
EFT, often known as tapping, helps you gently release stuck emotions without needing to talk at length about them. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on what’s bothering you, EFT sends calming signals to the nervous system, helping your body feel safe and relaxed. It can also help reduce cortisol, the body's stress hormone, allowing you to feel calmer and more balanced.
