This group at The Hub is led by Jane who has been journalling for many years now.
Journalling is the practice of writing down your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and reflections. It's a way to express yourself, explore your inner world, and gain self-awareness and reflection.
Journaling provides a space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment, helping you understand yourself better.

6-7.30pm: The WISH Healing Evening is open to anyone. Everyone is welcome to call in on a drop-in basis, have a cuppa and a chat and receive a Healing treatment.

Massive Thanks to everyone who joined us last night for our monthly Reiki Share. It was a lovely evening and I certainly had the best night’s sleep in ages afterwards!

Our Reiki Shares are open to anyone who has received a Reiki Attunement (to any level) no matter how long ago that was. In fact, these evenings are a great way for folks who may have not been regularly practicing to come back and rekindle their connection with Reiki.

It’s a really simple evening. We start with a gentle connecting Meditation before moving into small groups in which each person receives a short Reiki treatment from the others in their group.

We conclude the evening back in Circle sending Reiki out to folks unable to be with us and to the wider Hub community and then out to wherever it is needed in the world.

Our next Reiki Share is on Monday 5th October 7.30-9pm- why not come and join us? We just ask for a donation (£5 suggested) and for folks who would like to attend the 6pm Sound Bath too, the whole evening is minimum donation £8.
