Ingredients:1 carrot
1/2 tin green lentils
1/2 butternut squash (roasted and chopped)
1 yellow pepper
1 leek
2celery sticks1
1 tsp chili flakes
Dash of black onion seeds
Dash of cayenne pepper
Handful of fresh coriander (for garnish)
