Connecting you with nature, reap the benefits of contrast therapy from the comfort of our luxury beach-side saunas. Relax and enjoy the 'löyly' and reap the benefits of nature and heat, as you recharge in an authentic Finnish, wood-fired sauna. Located on Sandbanks Beach, our sauna seats 8 people, with stunning views to the sea through a panoramic window. The sauna includes a small built-in changing area, and boasts warm LED downlighting, welsh grown Douglas fir floorboards, quality ventilation, and British sheep's wool insulation.

Join us for golden sunsets and sunrises, crisp autumn and winter mornings, moody skies, and stormy weather-fronts, all from the comfort of our luxury beach-side sauna.

Some of the most beautiful things happening here aren’t always on the timetable.

Every month, the sauna fills with women who arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

Together with , and , our sauna becomes a space for their Sisterhood Gatherings — bringing women together through Nordic bathing and traditional meditative sounds.

It’s slowing down. It’s giving yourself a moment to reset. It’s laughing with someone you met an hour ago.

This is one of the things we love most about sauna culture — the connections that happen when people come together, switch off and share a little warmth. ❤️‍🔥

For 90 minutes, the whole space is yours – the sauna, tea lounge, changing facilities and sea views – for up to 25 guests.

A space to gather, celebrate, connect – or bring people together around something you love.

Just like our lovely brand ambassador Lillie | Yoga, Self-Love & Sound Healing, who has been bringing her Sauna Socials to The Saltwater Sauna since the very beginning.

Perfect for practitioners pairing sauna with their own expertise, as well as birthdays, sea swimming groups, team gatherings, celebrations or simply getting everyone together.
