Wow! We've had a fantastic month with our clients. Just look at all of these Personal Bests (PBs) on the board! 🙌

Every time one of our clients achieves something whether that's walking pain-free, returning to a sport they love, or completing a marathon we'll add their name to the board. At the end of each month, we'll then choose one person to win a voucher with one of our team.

I also thought I’d share a little bit about what I do for anyone new here.

I’m Sammy, and I’ve been a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist for 9 years now (I honestly can’t believe it’s been that long!).

Soft tissue therapy is a hands-on treatment that focuses on muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. It can help with:

• Muscle tension and tightness
• Sports injuries
• Aches and pains from everyday life
• Improving movement and flexibility
• Recovery and rehabilitation
• Stress and tension relief

Treatments are tailored to each person, whether you’re dealing with an injury, chronic pain, postural tension, or you simply want to keep your body feeling and moving better.
