✨ NEW TREATMENT INCOMING… Myofascial Bodywork ✨

I’m so excited to be introducing Myofascial Bodywork to my treatment menu! 🤍

But what exactly is it?

Myofascial bodywork is a hands-on treatment that works with the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints and other structures throughout the body.

When fascia becomes tight, restricted or less mobile, it can contribute to feelings of tension, stiffness, discomfort and restricted movement.

This treatment uses slow, intentional and focused techniques to help encourage the fascia to soften and move more freely. Rather than simply working on the muscles, we’re looking at the body as a whole and how different areas may be connected.

• General muscular tension and tightness
• Feeling stiff or restricted in your movement
• Areas that feel “stuck” or difficult to release
• Postural tension and everyday aches
• Supporting relaxation and body awareness
• Encouraging more comfortable, freer movement

Every body is different, so your treatment will be tailored to what your body needs on the day.

Think of it as a slower, more mindful approach to bodywork — working with your tissues rather than forcing them. ✨

I am planning a pop up Saturday session in September. This will be a chance to experience my new Myofascial Bodywork treatment at a special discounted opening rate - perfect if you are curious to try it.

Looking forward to trying it out, it has been recommended to me, is sustainably hand made in Bristol in small batches, natural ingredients and toxin free, and they will even refill the jars if you save them up 5.

Wow, what a weekend - you more than delivered!

I feel so grounded and ready to start putting my learnings into practice!

Thank you for the opportunity to volunteer, I loved every minute, thank you to the wonderful teachers and facilitators, awesome fellow volunteers, and camping neighbours,  you all contributed to the experience, your connections and energy mean so much.

Beautiful evening in the treatment room this evening, the ambient bird song is instantly calming.

It's been ages since I have had time to post, it has been a busy time in the treatment room, which I am very grateful for.

My fascia bodywork course is almost finished, I very much look forward to introducing more of you to the fabulous world of fascia - who knew if the right techniques are used the body will gently unravel itself in an incredibly gentle way.

My prices will be increasing from 4th May 2026.

Beautiful morning, the birds sound so happy.

Beautiful sky this morning, and if watched the video with the sound on you will have heard the beautiful birdsong.

Wow what a busy January, thank you for your ongoing support for my little business, very much appreciated.
