I am excited to be offering a seated chair Yoga session here on Wednesday 9th September at 10am …this class sitting on chairs/ standing behind chairs will be suitable for everyone, especially anyone with limited mobility … it’s a great way to increase strength & flexibility & have less weight bearing, balancing or strain on the joints You will feel all the usual benefits of yoga … of relaxation & well being in the lovely studio …
