This weekend the gym will be closed due to FMF Strongest Competition

We will be closed from Friday 25th 1pm.

We will be back open normal at 6:30am Monday 29th.

We hope you can come and support everyone competing.

New FMF Western T-shirts and oversized will be on sale

Hips will be open for hot drinks and sweet treats
Littledean Tap bar will be serving alcohol and soft drinks
Nagomi will be there serving food as well as some sweet treats
