Dust off your boots because Thursday night Line Dancing is back! 🎉

Whether you've always wanted to give line dancing a go or if you're looking for a fun way to keep active, and make friends we'd love to welcome you.

⭐ Absolute Beginners Welcome – no experience needed!
📍 Weston under Penyard Village Hall, Ross-on-Wye
🕡 Thursdays | 6.30–7.30pm

Come along for a relaxed, friendly class where you'll learn at your own pace, have a laugh, and meet some lovely people. It's a great way to exercise without it feeling like exercise!

I've been a bit quiet of late, I find social media and advertising draining, no matter how I look at it it feels uncomfortable, it feels unnatural. I have terrible imposter syndrome and never feel like I'm qualified enough or good enough and that stops me from posting and advertising, because in my mind nobody wants to hear what I've got to say.
I'm not posting for attention or to get more comments, I'm posting to show it's ok to struggle and it's ok to find the methods that work for you to overcome it.

Hi everyone! I'm just putting the feelers out there for a mens chair based exercise class, using Pilates, Yoga and functional strength exercises to improve strength, balance, mobility, posture and functional fitness.

I've been running a class in Berry Hill Memorial Institute - "The Hut" for a while but understand that men can feel uncomfortable in a female dominant environment.

It would be a daytime class, suitable for men, all fitness levels, no floor work.

I've been a little quiet recently, struggling a little with winter, change and just generally the time of year.
But I'm back!
Classes are back! Spin and tone was buzzing!
And this week's Line dance classes were awesome!

Absolute beginners line dancing class is coming to Ross!

🎉 Friday 9th January 2026 7-8pm🎉

£6.50 a session or a block of 6 for £36 or £7 on the door.

These classes are for absolute beginners but everyone is welcome. (It would be lovely to see some of the old line dancing crew)
Meet new people, make friends, have fun and get active! Suitable for all.
Line dancing is a fun way to stay active for the whole family. I started at 13 with my Mum and Nan. It's low impact and can be adapted to suit anyone with joint issues. My mum still like dances now at 75 even with a recent knee replacement!
