My clients are important me. As we move into a fresh new year I just want to say thank you to those who have been a part of my journey this year.
The coming year will see many changes I'm sure, as change is constant, and I am excited for some of the changes on the horizon.
Values of Reiki are important to me too.
One of the five principles of Reiki is "I will do my work honestly".
An honest Reiki practitioner will have your best interests at heart. They should aim to make you feel comfortable and also that you matter.
They should be willing and able to provide not only their certification of training, but also their lineage.
Anyone can take an online course, or say that 'previous training included a bit of Reiki' but if a practitioner has been properly trained in a method of Reiki - enough to class themselves a practitioner in the first place - they will be able to disclose where they trained, with which Reiki master, and you will be able to see BOTH parts of their certification that certifies this along with their lineage (Three parts of certification if they have covered their master's degree)
They should also be fully insured and be able to produce a copy of this also if they are practising from a wellbeing space that caters for the public.
Do not be afraid to ask questions. A qualified practitioner will never mind and be able to show you that your wellbeing is their first priority ✨🦋
