✨Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective ✨

This week’s cards have a real arc to them. A beginning, a middle and an end that genuinely made me smile when they landed!

The Five of Wands, the Six of Wands, the Ten of Pentacles. Conflict, triumph, then…..arrival.

The Five of Wands opens the week, multiple wands, clashing in a landscape that feels tense and unsettled. This is the card of friction, competing demands, the feeling that everything is pulling in a different direction at once.

Sometimes that friction is internal rather than external. Competing thoughts, competing priorities, none of it letting up.

This week may start with some of that energy. The Five of Wands says, don’t try to resolve it too quickly…….Sometimes the friction is the process. Let it play out.

Then the Six of Wands rides in; victorious, crowned, riding tall on that white horse. The noise of the Five has resolved into something clear and confident.

This card is about recognition. Success that has been earned. The moment when something you’ve been working toward finally tips in your favour. Own it this week, whatever it looks like for you. Don’t minimise it. Let yourself feel the win.

Then the Ten of Pentacles closes the week; such a rich, beautiful card to land on. A grand estate, pentacles arranged in abundance, solid and deeply rooted. Not flashy wealth or overnight success - this is the kind of abundance that has been built steadily over time. Legacy. Security. Something permanent beneath your feet.

After the friction of the Five and the victory of the Six, the Ten of Pentacles arrives as a reminder of what all of this is for. Something lasting.
Something real.
Something bigger than this week or this moment.

Move through the friction, claim the victory, keep your eyes on what you’re building.

It’s bigger than you think 🌟

✨Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective✨

This week’s cards have arrived with a real energy to them, and then a plot twist at the end that I absolutely love!

The Knight of Cups, the Knight of Wands, the Four of Swords. Lead with your heart, move with passion, and then……stop.
Rest.
Deliberately.

The Knight of Cups arrives first, armoured but graceful, holding that cup with such care as his horse moves through water. He’s not charging. He’s feeling his way through….and this week opens with an invitation to do the same.

There’s something calling to you emotionally this week, a creative pull, a longing, something that deserves your genuine attention.

Note to self: Lead with your heart first 🫶🏻

Then the Knight of Wands charges in ( love this card!) and the contrast couldn’t be more striking.
Full armour, the horse at full gallop! It’s all fire and forward momentum.

After the heart opens, the energy follows.

Something ignites this week.
An idea that’s been sitting quietly suddenly wants to move and it wants to move fast! Back yourself on this!

Then the Four of Swords closes the week, and this is the one I want you to really sit with.

Seated, eyes closed, completely still.
Four swords hang above him and he is utterly unbothered.
Not defeated….resting. Deliberately, consciously choosing stillness after all that movement.

Because that’s what this reading is really saying. Feel deeply. Move boldly….

And then rest, without guilt, without rushing back into the doing, without telling yourself you should be further along by now.

The Four of Swords isn’t the consolation prize this week. It’s the wisdom.

Feel it. Fire it. Then let yourself be still. 🌟

I’m often asked whether everyone has intuitive ability, and I always reply that intuition isn’t a special gift - it’s a human skill.

Everyone has it. Some people were just encouraged (or learned how) to trust it earlier than others.

That’s it!

That’s the whole difference between the woman who says “I’ve always been intuitive” and the one who says “I wish I trusted myself more.”

Not talent. Not a rare ability passed down through the mystical few. Just… permission. Given early, or given late, or sometimes never given at all, until something shifts.

And that shift? It can happen at any point.

If you’re in that place of wanting to come home to yourself a little more… that’s exactly what we work on together.

Whether that’s through tarot, crystal healing, or Reiki, it all starts with learning to trust what you already know.

✨Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective ✨

This week’s cards have arrived with a quiet steel to them. Not heavy exactly, but definitely on the more serious side….kinda purposeful….Like they mean business.

The Nine of Wands, the Two of Swords, the Queen of Swords.

Resilience; a decision that needs making, and then, the understanding to make it.

The Nine of Wands arrives first and if you know this card, you’ll recognise her immediately. She’s battered. She’s tired. She’s been through it….and yet there she is, still standing, still holding her ground.

This card opens the week with a recognition rather than a challenge.
You have kept going when keeping going felt impossible and the Nine of Wands honours that, whilst also asking a quiet question.
Have you been so braced for the next thing to go wrong that you’ve forgotten you’re allowed to put some of it down? You’re safe enough. You really are.

Then the Two of Swords; blindfolded, arms crossed, holding two perfectly balanced blades.and yet, deliberately not deciding.

There’s something you’ve been sitting with. Something that pulls equally in two directions and hasn’t resolved itself, and the 2 of swords reflects that paralysis BUT….she’s asking you to notice whether the blindfold is still necessary, or whether it’s become a habit?
Whether you already know more than you’re letting yourself admit?

Because then the Queen of Swords arrives and she doesn’t mess about! 😄

She is sharp, clear, honest and utterly unbothered by what anyone thinks of her conclusions.

She’s lived enough, felt enough, lost enough to know that clarity - even uncomfortable clarity - is always kinder than confusion.

She closes this week like a door being firmly and lovingly shut on something that has gone on long enough.

You already know what this is.

You’ve known for a while.

It’s time to trust that & trust yourself. 🌟

Can I ask you something honestly?

When did you last do something purely for the way it made you feel on the inside, rather than the way it made you look on the outside?

Now, don’t get me wrong.
I book my hair appointments.
I get my nails done.

I completely understand the joy of looking after yourself that way AND there’s nothing wrong with any of it….

….but here’s what I notice, both in myself and in the women I work with.

We’re often really consistent about the outer stuff.

The appointments get booked, the routines get followed, and somewhere along the way, the inner world, the stress, the exhaustion, the emotions we haven’t had time to process just quietly piles up.

And the world right now isn’t exactly making that easier, is it.

I had a client on my table this week. At the end of her Reiki session she opened her eyes and said, “I don’t think I’ve ever felt so relaxed in all my life.”

Not looked….Felt ♥️

That’s what I want for you.

The outer stuff and the inner stuff.

Both.

Because you deserve to feel as good as you look.

If this resonates and you’d like to explore working together, my booking link is in the bio. 🌿

✨Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective ✨

This week’s cards have a lightness to them that I wasn’t expecting and after some of the weightier readings we’ve had lately, it feels like a breath of fresh air!

The Page of Cups, the Two of Pentacles, and The Fool….

A desire, something standing in its way, and then a transformation.

The Page of Cups arrives first; gentle, intuitive, emotionally open. She’s showing us something this week. A longing, a creative stirring, a quiet knowing about something we want but perhaps haven’t fully admitted to ourselves yet.
She doesn’t overthink. She feels.

So this week, let yourself feel it too. What is it that you actually want? Not what makes sense, not what’s practical; what does your heart keep coming back to?

Then the Two of Pentacles steps in and here’s where it gets interesting…because she’s the juggle, the overwhelm, the “I can’t possibly think about that right now because I have seventeen other things demanding my attention.”

She’s what’s standing between you and the Page of Cups this week.

The busyness, the balancing act, the endless practicalities of life that quietly crowd out the things that matter most to us. Worth noticing, isn’t it??

And then The Fool arrives and he changes everything!

This isn’t just a “new beginning” card this week. In this context he’s transformation.
Reinvention.
The moment you decide that what the Page of Cups showed you matters enough to actually do something about,

despite the juggle,
despite the noise,
despite the perfectly sensible reasons not to.

The Fool doesn’t wait for the chaos to calm down. He steps forward anyway.

So this week, get honest about what you want.

Notice what’s standing in the way….

And ask yourself whether The Fool might just have a point. 🌟

I want to say this clearly today, because I don’t think it gets said nearly enough.

You are not too sensitive.
You are not too much.
You are not too emotional…
too intense,
too deep,
too complicated.

You have not been “built wrong” because you feel things more deeply than the people around you seem to.

You’re just wired differently and there’s a world of difference between those two things.

I’ve worked with so many women who arrive carrying this story about themselves; that their sensitivity is a flaw.

That it is something to manage, apologise for, or hide. It moves
Me in so many ways…..
Every. single. time.

Because in my experience, the women who feel the most deeply are also the ones with the most extraordinary capacity for wisdom, empathy and self-awareness.

Your sensitivity isn’t the problem.

It’s actually the thing that’s going to lead you home to yourself, if you’ll let it.

The world told you it was a weakness…..I’m telling you it’s the whole point. 🌿

Something I’ve noticed lately, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence…

So many of the conversations happening here, and in my sessions, are circling around the same kind of energy.

🫶🏻Transition.
🫶🏻Change.
🫶🏻Doors closing.

Decisions that feel weighty and uncomfortable and necessary all at the same time.

I just want to acknowledge that - because if that’s where you are right now, you’re really not alone in it. I’m seeing it a lot!

So I want to ask you something, and I am genuinely asking…

What are you navigating right now?
What door is closing for you, or needs to?
What decision keeps sitting with you, waiting for you to be ready?

You don’t have to have the answers.

Sometimes just naming it out loud is the first step.

Drop it below or send me a message if you feel called to.

This is a safe space. 👇🌿

I want to talk about Reiki for a moment - specifically for anyone who’s been quietly curious but hasn’t quite been able to picture what it actually involves.

Because “energy healing” can sound a bit… out there. I get it. So let me tell you what actually happens, as plainly as I can.

You arrive. You lie down, fully clothed, on a treatment couch. Soft music, gorgeous scents and a warm room.

Nothing is required of you except that you’re there.

I work with my hands, sometimes placing them gently on or just above different areas of your body, following a sequence that works with your energy field and chakras. There’s no pressure, no manipulation, nothing uncomfortable.

What do people feel?

Honestly, it varies.

✨Some people feel warmth or tingling.
✨Some feel a deep, almost unexpected relaxation …the kind that’s hard to find in ordinary life. ✨Some feel emotions rise and pass, gently.
✨Some people simply drift.
✨Some see colours or imagery. ✨Some feel very little during the session and notice the shifts in the days that follow.

There’s no wrong way to receive it.

What it’s not?

It’s not a medical treatment. It’s not a massage. It’s not something that requires you to hold any particular belief. And it’s absolutely not weird, once you’re in it.

What it is - in my experience of both giving and having received it - is a way of allowing the body and the energy system to settle.

To release what it’s been gripping. To remember, on some level, what it feels like to be okay.

If you’ve been curious, I hope that helps…and if you have questions, drop them below.

Nothing is too basic to ask. 👇

✨Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective ✨

This week’s cards have made me sit up a little, if I’m honest.

The Four of Cups, Death, and the Wheel of Fortune.

Stillness, an ending, and then…the turn of something much bigger.

The Four of Cups arrives first, and just look at her…really look at her. So deep inside her own world that everything around her has blurred. I think a lot of us know that feeling right now….i know i do.

So, this week opens with a gentle but honest question;

what have you been so inside your own head about that you might be missing what’s right in front of you?

Something is there, quietly waiting. Just look up a little. When you’re ready.

Then Death…and before anyone scrolls past, stay with me. 😄

Yes, this card is dark and cloaked and powerful…but do you see what’s sitting right at Death’s feet? A white flower. Pure, delicate, undefeated. That’s not an accident. That’s the whole message.

Something is ending this week. An old story, an old pattern, an old version of yourself carried out of habit rather than need. The ending may feel heavy, but the flower says something clean and new is already present in the roots of it.

You don’t have to be afraid of this one.

And finally, the Wheel of Fortune closes the week. That sphinx….ancient, knowing, utterly unrushed!

The Wheel turns on a scale bigger than our plans, bigger than our worries, and this week, it’s turning in your favour.
It asks one thing of you first though:

Set down what’s finished.

Do that, and then watch what begins to move. 🌟
