If you have recently borrowed a home blood pressure monitor from the practice to complete home readings, we would be grateful if you could return it to us as soon as possible.

At the moment, we have no monitors available to loan out, which means we can’t help other patients who need home blood pressure readings.

All GP practices across the Forth Valley area will have their clinical system replaced over the next 12 months, as part of a national programme.

This may impact your GP practice services for a short period during the system changeover. However, everything possible will be done to minimise any potential disruption and local GP Practices will contact patients in advance to advise of local arrangements.
